Person wishes to reserve hotel accommodations should complete the application form and return it to reach JTB no later than July 7 (Mon.), 2008
Applications for hotel accommodations should be accompanied by whole nights charge in advance.
We accept only payments by credit cards. Bank transfer and personal checks are NOT available.
A reservation confirmation will be sent to you by fax as soon as your reservation will be completed.

In the case of cancellation, written notification should be sent to JTB Convention Support Center by fax. The following cancellation charges will be deducted before refunding.

JTB Kyushu Corp. and JTB Business Support Kyushu Inc(here in after called “JTB Group”) shall use the information that customers hand to us at the time of their application for accommodation and/or tours, not only for getting in touch but also for arranging services offered by transport and/or hotel facilities regarding the tours, including the receiving procedures within the range required.
